Returns:

We hope that you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.

We do not accept exchanges, or if you just changed your mind, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you a store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store Credit can be used to order a different or any of our other products.

Return Requirements:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sophie’s Boutique hangtags attached.
  • Any products marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
  • All product returns must include the original packaging and in its original condition without postal label’s.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following items cannot be returned: Hair Accessories, hats, earrings.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Returns From Australia

  1. Please download and print the return form below.
  2. Complete the form and send it to us along with your return.

If you do not have access to a printer, you may also simply include your original paper invoice that came with your order. We nee some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return.

If using the original Sophies Boutique Packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.

Sophie’s Boutique is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you prefer to organize an alternative shipping method (price will vary) please just send the parcel back to the address below. Customers are urged to purchase tracking of their return. If the parcel is lost on its way to us, Our Customer Service team will have limited compensation options

Processing Returns

We aim to process returns within 7 business days of receiving then in our Darwin warehouse, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion please contact enquiries@sophiesboutique.com.au

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at sophiesboutique.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue
  • Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can view your store credit balance by logging into your Sophie’s Boutique Account.

Faulty Items

Our team at Sophie’s Boutique does a thorough inspection of all good before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at enquiries@sophiesboutique.com.au as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
